  • For a doctor, the proper functioning of physiological systems is physical fitness.
  • Hence we can say Physical fitness of a common person means the capacity to do the routine work without any fatigue or exertion and after doing his/her work he/she has power to do some more work with quick recovery.

MEANING

  • Lifestyle is a way how a person leads his/her life.
  • It includes the patterns of social relation, consumption, entertainment and dress.
  • Also expressed in activities, attitudes, interests, opinions and values.

  • If a person is having good lifestyle which consist of good nutrition, fitness etc. then a person will never be Obese and if a fat person obtain a healthy lifestyle then he/ she will loose their weight.
